Travemünde is a picturesque seaside resort, part of the district of Lübeck in the region of Schleswig Holstein. Thanks to the many activities it offers, and especially thanks to its long, golden sandy beach, it attracts thousands of visitors every year.

As the ferry approaches Travemünde, you can admire a small picture-postcard landscape with its colourful, historic houses and the old, traditional lighthouse.
