THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR TRIP

  1. Passengers must show the travel documents at the boarding. In case you did not received the tickets via email or if you erroneously deleted it please request them by emailing customerservice@misterferry.co.uk or calling the +44 2036860640

  2. Make sure all the details on your tickets are correct. Any mistake must be immediately reported to our customer service. In the event that any errors were not notified in time to correct them (whether the ferry company admits it) any opportunity to correction will decay.

  3. On the tickets to Elba Island, the passengers list it is not mandatory as well as the license plate. On your tickets will shown up just the name of the ticket holder and the number of passengers and vehicles.

  4. On the tickets issued by the ferry company Medmar with destination Ischia, only the ticket holder information is necessary. On your ticket just one name is shown and the number of passengers. Please note that on those ticket your vehicle will be connected to a passenger as follows: “pax con auto a seguito”.

  5. If you embark with a car is powered by natural gas or LPG you must arrive to the port with empty tank using the alternative fuel and, in addition, you are required to notify the crew when boarding.

  6. The variation/ cancellation of any ticket purchased with special promotion are subject to limitations. Our customer service is available every day from 8 am to 8 pm. During public holidays and all days before a holiday it is not possible to make any change or cancellation of Caronte and Tourist tickets (as per company terms and conditions).

  7. Passengers are required to inform themselves about traffic restrictions on Islands and landing fees before ticket a vehicle.

  8. During high season, usually from May to September, on the Island of Ischia, which is part of the Campania Region, it is established the prohibition of landing for vehicles registered under a Campanian resident or rented from a rental company based in the Campania Region. Those who will try to board vehicles that are not authorized won’t be able to embark and will be required to buy passengers tickets only.

  9. Tickets purchased with a resident rate will be checked at the boarding and in case of absence of the documents proving these requirements, the boarding will not be guaranteed. The ticket will be considered not valid and non-refundable.

  10. Passengers must respect the boarding time and do not be late, according to the ferry company scheduled boarding time you’re traveling with. Any delays might invalidate your right to board and your ticket will be lost. If this happen to you, we recommend you to go to the ticket office directly at the port and report your delay.
