If you're short on time, near the port we recommend visiting Plaza de España, with its beautiful artificial fountain, and then continuing south along the waterfront: here you can see the Auditorium with its spectacular architecture, the Parque Marítimo with its saltwater pools, and the Palmeto de Santa Cruz, a botanical garden that features an incredible variety of flowers and plants from all over the world.
