Before boarding your ferry from Ibiza to Formentera, here is some information you may find useful:

  •  🚫 Traffic restrictions: On some ferries from Ibiza to Formentera it is possible to board vehicles, but the circulation of vehicles is restricted from June to September in order to limit pollution on the island. 

  • 🧳 Luggage: Aquabus, Trasmapi and Mediterranea Pitiusa allow a maximum of 20 kg of luggage per passenger, while Balearia has no weight limit. It is not necessary to specify the number of pieces of luggage when booking.

  • 💺 Deck accommodation: The fast ferries do not have accommodation on board. Therefore, you will not find cabins or assigned seats. Each ticket includes the boarding fee and you can sit wherever you like in the armchair lounges. 

  • 🐾 Pets: Your pet is welcome on board the ferries from Ibiza to Formentera. For more information, please consult the shipping companies' conditions of sale.

  • ⛴️ On board: All ferries have bars and toilets, as well as large panoramic windows and open decks to enjoy the warm summer air.
