Departure times are generally late in the evening in order to travel through the night and arrive at your destination at daybreak, but in high season there are daily departures around 12 noon.

To check in with A-ships Management you must be at the port ticket office with your travel document 2 hours prior to departure, whether you are a foot passenger or a passenger with an accompanying vehicle, while with Starlines you must be there 3 hours prior to departure. Remember to bring your valid identity card or passport along with your ticket.

On Starlines, pregnant women can embark in complete safety, but after the sixth month of pregnancy they can only travel with a medical certificate stating that they are fit to travel, issued by their doctor no later than 7 days before departure.

Take your pet with you! Your pet is welcome on board the Brindisi Vlora ferry. You have the option of taking them on deck and travelling with them in the pet areas. Alternatively, where available, you can choose the cabin with access for pets and take your pet with you in the cabin.
