Easy booking, great that wecan embark and get off on different harbours! Points of attention: (1) the number plate of the rental car is not always avalaible when booking the ferry. (2) last boat going back to Pozzuoli is quite early in the afternoon (15.00), departure at 16.00 - 17.00 would be more attractive.

What service ? I was sent tickets - but they were not tIckets - you had to go exchange them for tickets. What a ripoff

i received a reservation number but I do not know what or where I actually pick up tickets. I will be arriving on Holland America Nieuw Amsterdam on Aug. 13, and if you could explain the procedure and where to go from the port would be helpful. It was very confusing to pick up the tickets from ticket agents as the website says. Agents of ticket offices were unsure how online tickets worked. Part of the problem was that the actual company operating the ferry was different from what the website said. Also, it should be noted that people at hotels do not have easy access to printers to print emailed tickets.

Both companies, however, require the original ticket which must be collected at the port before departure by showing the printed voucher we send. Very good and quite user friendly site. The only issue I had was once I made a return trip inquiry there was no option to make just a one way trip without a return journey input. I had to get out of the site and back in again to remove the return journey drop down box selection. In other programs there is an option for either just one way as well as return.

The reservation was easy and the confirmation came quickly, however my only three stars are only three because I noticed that the web page where the credit card details were written, was not a secured page, which is always something to be very cautious about. I took the risk and so far so good, but generally I would not advise anyone to do it...! Thank you!
