Passenger terminals are organized in modern facilities to best accommodate ferry passengers with: restrooms, showers, nurseries, air-conditioned waiting rooms, and refreshment areas. The Port of Nice provides an excellent security system and has a shuttle service for travel from one side of the port area to the other. The area offers vacationers parking areas in front of the embarkations and secure parking.
Within walking distance of the port, one can visit the Old Town, Place Masséna, and the Acropolis, while Cours Saleya is a must-see for the Flea Market and the Craft Market from June to September.
Nice is also a city of great cultural interest, among them you cannot miss the Archaeological Museum, The Matisse Museum, the Chagall Museum, and the famous Nice Operà. One thing you will not be able to miss is the famous Promenade des Anglais (promenade of the English).
Then, if you decide to go to Nice in February, you absolutely cannot miss the Nice Carnival, very famous throughout Europe for its beautiful masks and floats, characterized by the Battle of the Flowers that has represented the carnival for so many years.

The port of Nice can be reached by car via the A8 freeway, or from Italy via the 55 Nice Est or 54 Nice Nord freeways. The Nice-Ville train station is connected to the port area by a city bus line. The airport "Nice - Côte d'Azur” is about 7 km from the port, a cab service is always available.
