Ferries to Los CorkPort connections and services

Cork is situated in South-Western Ireland and is the second biggest city in the country.

The city lies on an island formed by the two canals of the river Lee, that flows into the sea by the village of Ringaskiddy. The sea town is the location of the port of Cork.

The Cork Roscoff ferry connection is operated by the company Brittany Ferries, which provides two departures per week, from March to October. The crossing lasts 15 hours, and is the fastest journey from Ireland to France.

At Cork’s ferry terminal, you can find an information desk, open during the ferry arrival and departure times. There are several facilities like public restrooms, nursery, restrooms for people with impaired mobility. In the port area, in Ringaskiddy centre, there are different bars and pubs where you can get a quick meal. If you want restaurants and hotels, you have to reach Cork, which is 15 kilometres away.

Cork ferries About Cork

Discover the marvels of Southern Ireland with Cork ferries! Visiting Cork is a great way to experience Irish history, culture, and cuisine.

Between the two branches of Lee river lies the heart of the town, with bars, galleries, and traditional markets, like the famous English Market. It is a covered market where you can find a variety of Cork’s specialities. The city is famous for its local breweries: Murphy's, Beamish and Franciscan Well Brewery.

Explore Cork’s history through its monuments: the Cork City Gaol prison, a majestic building from the Nineteenth Century, today revived as a museum; the Crawford Municipal Art Gallery, home to Roman sculptures reproductions and contemporary art exhibitions; University College Cork, where you can also take a relaxing stroll along the river.

Tour the surrounding area, the marvellous Southern Ireland. There are amazing castles in the vivid towns of Birr and Trim, Carlow castle and Ferns castle, and the most renown, Blarney Castle, with its Blarney Stone: if you touch it, you will receive the gift of eloquence.

Reach the coast and visit the fishing towns of Dunmore East and Cobh, before setting off to Kilkenny, and enjoy its pubs and lively nightlife. Ireland’s primary beauty is its nature: at Killarney National Park you can see beautiful lakes and waterfalls, and spot deers, squirrels, and weasels.
