The Port of Cagliari is located in the southern part of Sardinia and serves its regional capital and most populated city. Developed within the urban fabric of Cagliari, the port is ideal for accommodating the many travelers to and from Sardinia and is operated regularly throughout the year.

There are six shipping companies that provide connections to the port of Cagliari: Sardinia Ferries, Moby, Grimaldi Lines, Ichnusa Lines, Tirrenia, and Grandi Navi Veloci. Connections are daily, both day and night connections that offer a choice of travel accommodations, from cabins to deck passage.

Outside the maritime station are organized scooter and bicycle rental offices, useful for those disembarking from ferries without their own vehicles. The port area offers vacationers vehicle parking areas in front of the embarkations, and a cab stand area.

In addition to vehicle rental services, there are also services such as snack bars, luggage storage, and info points.The waterfront area offers cafes, restaurants, stores, and banking services, as well as rentals, cabs, and public transportation.

 

Cagliari ferries About Cagliari

Cagliari is definitely the liveliest city in Sardinia, and already as you move around the port you will be able to notice it, you will find plenty of restaurants, souvenir stores or stores selling typical products. Largo Carlo Felice, located in front of the port, separates Marina from Stampace, two of Cagliari's four neighborhoods.
