The connection with the port of Athens is very active, as Fourni has very fishy waters and its inhabitants are all fishermen who supply the Athens fish market from here.

Few know that the port city has many cultural attractions, being the place of enlightenment for many poets. During your stay you can enjoy yourself in the famous discos and typical Greek taverns, all surrounded by good food with its traditional fish dishes.
