Grimaldi Lines check -in
Grimaldi Lines requires you to report for boarding at least two hours before departure, for all lines, with or without an accompanying vehicle.
For Tunisia routes, it is necessary to arrive at least three hours before departure, with or without an accompanying vehicle.
If you are late, arriving at the port after the specified times, you may lose your right to board even if you have a reservation. In high season, possible queues must be taken into account.
National routes - Fast check-in is provided. You will be able to board directly with the e-ticket you received via email by showing it to the boarding attendants.
International routes- All foreign-bound ferries (Greece, Tunisia and Spain) require check- in at the ticket office. Show your ticket and receive your boarding pass.
Vehicles boarding - Vehicles may be placed on any deck of the ship's garage and a coupon will be given to the driver in the garage indicating the deck-garage where the car is parked. Don forget to bring everything you need for the trip, as you will no longer be able to access the garages during the crossing for security reasons!
If you own an LPG-powered vehicle, you will need to report it to Grimaldi personnel at the time of boarding, as it will be parked in dedicated garage areas.
Instructions for passengers with vehicles using alternative fuels on selected departures on Brindisi-Igoumenitsa and Brindisi-Corfu routes and vice vers
According to the circular of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Island Policies No. 2070.0/28541/2024 on: “Additional measures during the carriage of alternative fuel vehicles (AFV) on board passenger ferries and freight ferries”, passengers who own AFVs (Alternative Fuel Vehicles) must comply with the following obligations:

for pure electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles, the battery charge level must not exceed 40% at the time of boarding;

for alternative fuel vehicles, such as LPG or natural gas, at the time of boarding the tanks must NOT contain more than 50% of the tank capacity.
The regulation applies only to boardings on board the M/n Kydon Palace, of the Greek carrier Minoan Lines on the following routes:
Please note: All passengers, regardless of age, must be minutes of identification documents or any visas required to enter the destination country. These documents are mandatory and in the case of missing documents Grimaldi staff may deny you boarding resulting in loss of ticket cost.

On board Grimaldi Lines ferries you will find restaurants self services, à la carte restaurants where you will find typical Mediterranean dishes. If you travel to Tunisia you can try typical dishes of Islamic culture. There are also bars and cafeterias on board, perfect for breakfast on board or a snack.
🎭 Entertainment
On board Grimaldi Lines ferries you will find areas dedicated to entertainment and relaxation for young and old: video games, casino, slot machines and kids playground are available on every ship. You will find everything you need for a carefree and fun experience. On board Grimaldi Lines ships you will find a shop where you can choose from a wide selection of products and souvenirs. Only on some ships to Sardinia and Spain you’ll find additional services such as sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, relaxation area, massage and beauty treatment rooms also for sports lovers, there is a gym.
💺Accommodation
Standard: deck passage is the most economical accommodation and does not include an assigned seat. You will have access, like all passengers, to seating on the outside decks, pools, lounges and bars on board. Armchair: comfortable numbered seats, ideal for those who wish to travel low cost but do not give up the comfort of being able to rest during the crossing, located in lounges equipped with television and air conditioning. Cabins: will be assigned when you check in at Grimaldi Lines ticket offices. For lines where the fast check-in procedure is active, it will be possible to print out the cabin key at totems located under board or directly on the ships, skipping the line at the ticket office. Typology of cabins: Interior, exterior, exterior Superior and suite. (Each suite has breakfast included.) All cabins can be used as pet friendly cabins if you are traveling with your furry friend.

Grimaldi Lines ferries are equipped with on-board garages capable of accommodating hundreds of vehicles for both passenger and cargo transport. You will be able to travel comfortably with your car, motorcycle, RV and van, just choose the type of vehicle in MrFerry's drop-down menu.

Elevators equipped with lighted keypad, audio, and keys appropriate for blind passengers to facilitate reaching ship decks, equipped cabins, complete with toilets Tactile guides highlighting routes leading to the main services on board Dedicated and equipped toilets for PRMs in common areas. Places reserved for PRMs, highlighted by identification plaques and provided with wheelchair-accessible equipment.
🐾 Pets
Dogs and cats can walk with their owners on all exterior decks of the ships, always on a leash. They are not allowed access to common areas, restaurants, armchair lounges and passenger lounges.
Pet Friendly cabins can be always book if you want to keep your pet with you the all trip. The cabins can accommodate up to 3 pets and each will have its own welcome bag. Blind passengers may travel accompanied by their guide dog at no additional charge. Animals (rabbits, birds, reptiles, etc.) must travel in carriers or cases owned by the passenger. Remember to include the pet in your reservation and to bring with you all the veterinary documentation required by the country of destination.
