Helsinki - Travemünde: Among the most important connections is between Travemünde and Helsinki, linking Germany with Finland all year round, with daily runs, lasting about 29 hours.

Travemünde -Malmö: for travel from Germany to Sweden in only 9 hours. This route runs up to three times a day.

Naantali - Långnäs and Naantali Kapellskär: These routes operate year-round, traveling across the Aland Islands from Sweden to Finland in about 9 hours. It is mandatory to travel with vehicle or bicycle on these routes; foot passengers alone will not be allowed to board.

🐾 Traveling with my pet by sea:

If you are traveling with your pet, you will need to include them within your reservation and book a Pet-friendly cabin, even for daytime sailings. A maximum of two pets may travel within each cabin; pets may not be taken into bars, restaurants or other public areas.
Be sure to check with local authorities for restrictions and regulations before booking travel for your pet.

🚗 Traveling with my vehicle by sea:

On board Finnlines vessels, it is possible to travel with or without a vehicle. The only exception is the Naantali-Långnäs-Kapellskär route, where all passengers must travel with a motor vehicle or bicycle. 

🛏️ On-board accommodations:

High safety standards and numerous amenities are guaranteed on board all Finnlines ferries for all travelers to spend their sailing time in total comfort and privacy inside the cabins, which are equipped with sheets, towels, shower/WC, air conditioning, and usually TV as well. 

  • On the Helsinki-Travemünde route, reclining seats are available during the summer season and beds are available in shared cabins throughout the year. 

  • On the Malmö-Travemünde route, reclining seats are available on evening and night departures during the summer season.

  • On the Travemünde-Helsinki route, the Junior or Owner's Suite is suitable for up to three adults with children aged 0-17 years.

The cabin is mandatory when traveling with overnight departures and when traveling with pets.

🛳️ How to spend time aboard Finnlines ships:

On board the ferries, time will pass pleasantly even on longer crossings thanks to the presence of bars, restaurants, children's play areas,wi-fi service, stores, gym and spa.

The saunas, hot tubs and gym are free for passengers.
