GENERAL CONDITIONS

EXTRACT FROM THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT OF CARRIAGE

Passenger ticket is issued in a persons's name and it cannot be transferred to another person without the Carrier? s consent.
Passenger/s/ indicated on this ticket with contracted date and time of the voyage, is/are to report to the agency in the port of embarkation at least two hours before the ship?s departure for checking in and completion of embarkation formalities.
Passengers who do not comply with the above mentioned condition shall lose their right to the booked/bought passage, cabin berth or carriage of their passenger car
Passengers are to board the ship not later than 30 minutes before departure.
Passage fare on the carrier's line are quoted in the official tariff and are subject of alterations whitout notice. A passenger pays the fare that is in force on the date or voyage.

CANCELLATION OF VOYAGE AND REFUND OF FARE
In cases of cancellation of voyages refunds will be made according to Company's general conditions
Cancellation of the voyage must be reported to and certified by the agency in the port of departure or the agency which has issued the ticket.

VALIDITY OF AN OPEN DATE TICKET
Is one year but the possible difference of price on the date of the voyage is paid by passengers subsequently. For traveling with these tickets, passengers must make reservations in advance.

VARIOUS:
Master has the right refuse embarkation of any passenger by reasons of sickness, mental or physical infinity, drunkness, misconduct either present or previous or for reasons for which he may deem necesary.
All passengers must have valid passports or similar identity papers and visas (if necessary), as well as compulsory international vaccination certificates.
Passengers are also obliged to keep their passenger tickets, so that they can prove their right on carriage at any time.
Passenger are also obliged to present their passenger tickets at any time when the ship's officer or the shipowner's clerk requests them to do so (during embarkation voyage or disembarkation).
Under the term luggage, travelling bags and suitcases are implied.
It is allowed to leave luggage in cars, but it's not accessible during the voyage.
Entering the ship? s garage (car-deck) during the voyage, is strictly forbidden.

OTHER GENERAL CONDITIONS
Timetable
Time of departure and time of arrivai is set according to local time zone. It can be altered anytime without the prior notice. The operator is not responsible for cases of force majeur and technical defects as well as for all other cases which do not fall within the liability of the Operator.
Open date
?Open-date? ship carriage ticket with no definite reservation is valid 12 months from the date of issuing. Guarantee of accommodation for passengers and vehicles cannot be given without making a timely reservation. It is recommended to make reservations for months:Juiy, August and September. If the Operator increases prices in the meantime, the passenger has to pay the additional charge.
Prices
Prices are expressed in EURO per passenger, vehicie accompanied by passenger and per travel. Prices include carriage and service on ship. Food, drinks, passengers luggage or car insurance is not included. Passage prices are established according to official tariff and are subject to alterations. The Operator reserves the right to change prices without the prior notice, because of important and unexpected reasons.
