Very easy to book and confirmation of tickets arrived by return Unfortunately our first ferry was cancelled due to weather. Applied for a refund on line and again confirmation received straight away and refund received promptly. Very efficient. Would recommend and would always use for my tickets

Booking was fast and easy. Works great on mobile phone brown it not so good on the IPad browser. Also the payment processor was confusing as the language changed to Spanish.

I received an e-mail with the outbound ticket within a few minutes; however, the return ticket (Capri to Naples on 11/10 at 11:20 has not arrived. Fortunately, I have the receipt so maybe I will be able to convince someone in Naples to issue the missing ticket.

Sorry but it was more expensive (+30%) than checked from other services!? Booking was ok but some confusions came when there is ferry trips in different directions mixed together each after each. So I was not sure did reserve/book the right one?

1) the 12EU service fee is very high 2) the inclusion of insurance by default is just a bad idea. I forgot to remove it, and now I'm stuck with expense I did not want or need. 3) I requested round trip, it only booked one leg.

Great boat, great crew but a stupid ticketing offer: why cannot we change the port to leave the island vs. the initial booking for a supplement...the excuse was that the insurance does not allow it.. That is a stupid sales argument and the counter being that we can use a ticket for one upcoming year....that makes no sense and proves that you company has a lot to go to be a top player....

Overall good swift service, but 3rd page associated with tickets is only in Italian despite my details indicating I am from the UK.
